Graphic Design Coursework

I took VIS 207: Introduction to Graphic Design in my Spring 2025 semester. In this course, I completed four major projects utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Express, Photoshop, as well as other graphic design platforms.

For this project, I sketched possible designs for my personal logo, exploring different fonts, shapes, and colors. I landed on the logo above as I felt it best displayed professionalism and efficiency. I then updated my resume below and added color and the logotype to add a personal touch (below).

This assignment was an interactive website using UI and UX features. I created this with the Figma graphic design platform. I started with a User Flow Chart and Empathy Map to map out my idea (above). I then created a wireframe to outline what the website would look like (below).

I then moved onto my first and second drafts of the scrollstory, incorporating images, infographics, and textual information on the effect climate change has on the ocean. This can be seen below in the overview of my website. I used Figma Prototype to add interactive elements for the user. The final website can be found on this link.

This project entails finding an upcoming event in the U.S. and creating an Instagram post for it. I used Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to compile the images and add engaging text, and Adobe Express to animate the slides, which can be found on this link.
